Referral programme terms and conditions

This page is where you’ll find the more precise details of how the referral programme works, and how you go about taking advantage of the rewards.

You should have received a PDF file with your name on it, and a referral code.  If you haven’t, you are lost in the world wide web. Please go somewhere else, as there’s nothing for you here.

The referral programme is something I’ve been thinking about for a while and I think there’s a real benefit in it for both my past students, and of course me as well.  If you disagree, I’d be more than happy to hear your concerns or comments.

Here’s how it works.  If you took one of the classes below:

• Rec 1, 2, 3

• GUE Fundamentals

• Doc Diver

• Tech 1

• Tech 2

Then you will have been given the voucher code.  Refer one of your friends to one of the classes on that list, and you will be able to reduce your class fee for the next course you take with me by £100.  It doesn’t have to be the same class you took, and you can refer as many people as you like.

Think about it. Everyone has a friend at work that “always wanted to dive”. If they take the Rec 1 class with Wreck and Cave, you could get £100 off your Documentation Diver course. If they have a friend, then you get £200 off. You can use this voucher code as many times as you like!

The mechanics of it will work like this. When you’ve referred someone, put me in touch with them, and tell me your voucher code. OK, I know the code, but go easy on an old man. Give them the code as well, and they need to tell me this code during the enquiry / booking phase. They will then get a little something for choosing me too. This allows me to match the two of you up and keep a track of all that benefit you’re getting on your next course.

The very important fine print:

  1. You can refer as many students to Wreck and Cave as you like. Each student gets you an extra £100 off your next class
  2. As a member of the referral programme, you cannot be referred by another member of the programme
  3. To claim your referral reward, the referred student must pay in full for their class prior to you taking your next class
  4. The reward only be applied to classes offered by Wreck and Cave
  5. The referral cannot be applied to students already discussing a class with Wreck and Cave representatives.
  6. The referral reward cannot be claimed as cash
  7. The referral reward cannot be transferred to any other person
