New to Wreck and Cave is the opportunity to do 1:1 training with Rich Walker. You do need to have been on a GUE course in the past, but not necessarily passed. Take your pick from the curriculum on what you want to work on, and let Rich do the rest. He can work 1-to-1, or up to 1-to-3 to keep your costs down if you prefer.

Wreck and Cave are very pleased to announce that we are now official DUI dealers. These are premium quality drysuits, and are favoured by underwater explorers all over the world. Rich has been diving these suits now since 1999, and has yet to see a suit that comes close to matching the quality, innovation level or customer support offered by DUI.

Rich has just been awarded the Technical instructor rating. This means that he can now teach the GUE Tech 1 course. Rich has been working towards this for over a year now, and has been interning with training directors Richard Lundgren and Gideon Liew. The interns have been truly international, travelling to Norway, Sweden and Australia as well as doing a bit here in the UK.
The Tech programme is a very comprehensive course, and will challenge and stimulate you, and will enable you to get on with some truly exciting diving. As usual, for more details, look at the Education pages, or just contact us and we’ll be happy to talk you through it.
Wrecks, walls, wildlife or wet rocks
This is probably the most exciting thing we’ve launched here at Wreck and Cave. You already know that you can get GUE training and lots of high quality diving equipment here. The only thing left was to go diving. Well, now we can help with that too.
We’re opening up a series of expeditions and trips for all you GUE trained divers out there. These will be to some of the most exciting locations we can think of, from the Arctic circle to the Caribbean. Whether you like wrecks, walls, wildlife or wet rocks (caves guys, caves), there is something here for you. We will look after all of the transport, logistics and dive side of things. In other words, all the hard bits. All you have to do is wake up and go diving.
Check out the Expeditions section for an overview of what we’re aiming at, and then look at the upcoming expeditions. Narvik is posted, but look out for more over the next few days. We have a packed calendar for 2008.
